System generally is a data gathering and processing system. It is used as a tool to calibrate all the three principal axes of any manufacturing machines platform at once with the aid of a laser. The system consists of four units of quadrant sensor module, two units of data processing board, one unit of data manager board and a power supply. Each quadrant sensor module transmits sensors measurement value to the data processing board and then sends them to the data management system. Data manager board will collect and process all the data and then transmit them to PC. PC will control sampling time of data gathering from the data manager board. All the system is powered by a regulated power supply. FS-ESMECD01 is the first version of our electronic system for MECD device product.
